Sepak Takraw League (STL) with its strong fanatic base is the best avenue for brands to truly connect the local grassroot Malays on a highly personal level because of its unique place in the hearts of Malaysians. There will be 2 tournaments featured across the course of 4 months (7 October 2026 – 10 January 2027), held across 7 states in Malaysia.
STL Division 1 (7 – 11 October 2026 @ Putrajaya)
Featuring 12 clubs (divided into 2 groups) competing for Champion title for Division 1, where the 2 finalists will promote to Premier League. Total 20 games will be played across 2 weeks.
STL Premier League (21 October 2026 – 10 January 2027 @ Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Selangor, Perak, Penang and Kelantan / Melaka)
Total 140 games will be played across 10 weeks. STL Premier League will feature 12 teams where every week, the 12 teams will be drawn into 4 groups of 3 teams each. After playing 2 matches in the group stage, the top teams from the group will move on to the classifications 1- 4 and runner-up group stage will play on classification 5-8.
Each team will earn GP points based on their finishing position, which will contribute to the STL.
There will be a total of seven GPs across even locations.
